In this weekend workshop, we will use the power of cyclical, focused breathing to release and heal past traumatic experiences that prevent us from feeling connected to ourselves, to others and to the present moment. Through a powerful breathing meditation, we create a safe, loving and supportive environment conducive to healing. This allows us to experience the joy and lightness that lies deep within us.

We will also explore the latest scientific findings on various breathing techniques, including the Wimhoff Breathing Method, the 4-7-8 Breathing Formula and Pranayama Yoga Breath. We will explore how the breath can help us reduce anxiety, strengthen us in times of stress and reboot our nervous system.

We will use connected breath, conscious body movement, sound healing, gentle touch, emotional healing, meditation and self-inquiry to support our journey.

The workshop is based on the breathing technique of Santosh (Jeeru), a longtime Osho group leader, and the book "Breath".
