Nicolás Delgado, a jazz guitarist, came to Barcelona in 2002, where he studied jazz at the Taller de M'sics. After nine years in Barcelona as a musician and guitar teacher, he moved to Munich, where he recorded his first two albums. He then continued his career in Barcelona, where he recorded his third album. In Colombia, he toured 14 cities and recorded his fourth album, and five years later his fifth live album. Nicolás also has a degree in musicology from the University of Antioquia. In 2021 he published his book in which he shares his experiences and musical knowledge, which is available on Amazon (bestseller). He currently lives in Berlin, where he has established himself as part of the local jazz scene. He has performed in the most important jazz clubs in Spain, Germany and Hungary and at the most prestigious jazz festivals in Colombia. He has also taken part in workshops with renowned maestros such as Pat Martino, Chick Corea, Leo Brouwer, Scott Henderson and John Scofield, among others. His sixth album, recorded in Berlin, will be released in June 2025.
