Queen & Aura: Roll of the Dice – Krump Battle

The already legendary Krumpbattle ROLL OF THE DICE under the artistic direction of the Hamburg Krump duo Queen & Aura is back. Outstanding national and international Krump dancers compete against each other to prove their talent. While the audience watches their rousing performances to the beats of a live DJ from the stands, the dancers are judged in a knockout system by a panel of experts made up of renowned representatives of the Krump scene until there is a winner. The Krump dance style emerged in the 2000s in South Central, LA and is characterized by elements of isolation of individual body parts and expressive movements and embodies the experience of social inequality. Krump is danced resistance against oppression and discrimination.
