With her sensational show "IN 80 PICTURES AROUND THE WORLD", the "QUEEN OF SAND" Irina Titova captivated audiences on her tour throughout Europe in 2023 and 2024. Now the sequel is in the starting blocks. "IT WAS ONCE IN HOLLYWOOD" takes the audience live into the fabulous world of the movie. The Vienna-based artist uses only sand to create images that leave a lasting impression, even though - or perhaps precisely because - they are so fleeting. With her new show, the queen of sand art invites you on a unique journey through film history, always humorous and with a twinkle in her eye. Sky du Mont will be the narrator.
In her show, the "Queen of Sand" strolls through Hollywood together with the audience. An underlit glass panel, a large screen and sand - that's all the young artist needs to breathe life into the characters of numerous classic films and tell moving stories.
The speed and graceful ease with which the Sand Queen creates images and then lets them fade away, only to create something new immediately afterwards, is breathtaking. It has a mesmerizing effect to watch Irina Titova as the sand trickles delicately through her hands and magically comes together to form true works of art.

For a special setting, Titova's legendary sand paintings are accompanied by the narrative voice of the well-known actor Sky du Mont. With his unmistakable voice, he is also very popular as a dubbing actor (commercial speaker, audiobook speaker). Sky du Mont is known as the narrator in "The Journey of the Penguins" or "Thomas and His Friends", but also as the narrator of documentaries such as "Schliemann's
Erben" or the zoo documentary "Eisbär, Affe & Co."
The narration for "Once Upon a Time in Hollywood" was penned by Alexander Jagsch, who is also responsible for the direction. Of course, there will also be an atmospheric soundtrack with well-known film melodies.

Irina Titova was born in Moscow and is married to a Ukrainian. They live together in Vienna with their young son.
