Queen Revival Band - God Save The Queen

The British rock band Queen and their legendary frontman Freddie Mercury, who sadly passed away far too early, have definitely written music history. Countless songs have long since become classics and live on in the hearts of the still large fan community. Whether it's "Bohemian Rhapsody", "Who Wants To Live Forever", "Another One Bites The Dust" or "Radio Gaga", the list is almost endless.

Almost as if Freddie Mercury were standing on stage in the flesh, the Queen Revival Band, Europe's best Queen cover band, performs the hits of the British rock band with extraordinary authenticity. The instruments, guitar amplifiers and other props correspond to the originals, creating the powerful sound typical of Queen. On the one hand, of course, Queen's best-known hits are played, but on the other hand, lesser-known but no less brilliant works are also performed. And all this with an elaborate stage show with surprising show interludes and spectacular lighting effects.

God Save The Queen" focuses on what Queen was all about: the extravagant performance of a unique singer and his band.

There will be no second Freddie Mercury, but with his vocal power and charisma, frontman Sascha Lien comes very close to the legendary original, both visually and vocally. Lien was personally selected from numerous applicants for the original Queen musical "We Will Rock You" by Queen guitarist Brian May and was the first singer in the musical for over five years.
