Queer Topix: Anstrengende Vielfalt - Wie ziehen wir trotzdem an einem Strang?

In the organizer's words:

We need to talk, we want to talk: with you, with each other, about the topics that move us as queer people in our everyday lives. That is the aim of our new after-work series "Queer Topix". This year, we are promoting exchange and networking on four themed evenings.

It starts on 17.6. at 7 pm (doors open: 6:30 pm) in the NuWork Space, Plauener Straße 21. We cordially invite you and your members and all interested parties to join us. Feel free to forward. Registration not required.

The evening is entitled "Challenging diversity: How can we still pull together?". Our business and queer community networks are becoming more diverse. New players are sitting at the table, previously quiet voices want to be heard, old certainties obviously no longer count. Questions are suddenly arising for those who have been at the center of events up to now. Together, we want to discuss how the path towards more diverse and strong networks can succeed.

We are looking forward to an impulse from Max Appenroth, founder of Diversity Factory. However, the evening will thrive on your questions and experiences. There will also be plenty of opportunity for networking and informal exchanges.

Carrie-Ann Lawrence will host the evening together with me. Our cooperation partners this time are our member Berufsverband VK, Regionalgruppe Dortmund, and Elevate Kollektiv. The event is sponsored by the MKJFGFI as part of the state campaign Anders&Gleich.
