Queer Representation Matters!
At Queering the Stage, the Kofferfabrik will be transformed into a space full of glitter, color and light for an evening in which we can immerse ourselves together. JJ Herdegen and Cris Ortega invite great artists from near and far to show how diverse queer art can be with their moving performances in different formats. Poetry slam, queer words and contributions, music and much more.
Everyone is welcome to share their stories, fill the queer space with light and color and shape a diverse future.
As a brilliant start to the new Queering the Stage event series, there will be a full load of queer poetry slams in February!
Under the moderation of JJ Herdegen and Cris Ortega, six experienced poets will compete in a dynamic competition with self-written texts.
Between comedy, thought-provoking poetry and moving storytelling, there is something for everyone.
Stories with and for diversity are central and create a place for queer culture and cohesion in which everyone can participate, regardless of whether they are queer themselves or simply interested.
Be surprised by the diverse performances that make Queering the Stage an unforgettable event.
