Experience authentic Japanese street food in the middle of Hamburg! On May 29, 30 and 31, Taproom (formerly Omnipollos) at Kampstraße 36 will be transformed into a little piece of Japan. Enjoy Hiyashi Chuka - cold ramen noodles, served with fresh vegetables, egg, ham or prawns and refined with a spicy sesame or soy sauce. This refreshing dish is a classic of Japanese summer cuisine and offers a perfect balance of freshness and umami. Ideal for those days when you fancy something light yet hearty.
