Important tips

📍 When & where does the event take place?
The exact location and time will remain secret until shortly before the event. You will receive your ticket and all relevant information by email on the day of the event. The event is expected to start between 18:00 and 22:30 - so keep the evening free.

🎟️ How do I receive my ticket?
After your purchase, you will receive an order confirmation, but no direct ticket. We will send you your final ticket with all event details by email on the day of the event. Please make sure you enter a valid e-mail address and check your spam folder.

⚠️ Cancellation is not possible
As the tickets are strictly limited and reserved for you, it is not possible to cancel or refund them.

♿ Accessibility
As these are secret events, we cannot guarantee accessibility in every case. If you have specific requirements, you can indicate these after booking. We will then try to find a suitable solution.
