About the author

Rebecca F. Kuang is a NEW YORK TIMES bestselling and award-winning author. She published her first novel at the age of 21. This was followed by bestsellers such as "Babel" and "Yellowface", for which she received the Nebula Award, the Locus Award and the British Book Award, among others. She is a Marshall Scholar, a translator and is completing a doctorate in East Asian literature at Yale University. Her books have been translated into over 20 languages.
