We look down into the bottomless pit. Euphoria and fear, lightness and heaviness, adaptation and transgression begin to wrestle with each other: How deep is your fall? How far can you go? What does power mean to you? In the dance and object theater performance "Redshift", Alba Scharnhorst and Selina Glockner explore the pursuit of power from a female perspective. With daring choreographies and liquefying bodies, the performance invites us to shift our own perception of femininity*, to experience female* power in both its fragility and brutality and to indulge in social utopias and personal dreams.
In the "Navigating the Now" series, we deal with pressing questions of the present: What does the future of relationships look like? What do we do with power? What can we do with art? "Navigating the Now" presents three works by young artists who address key contemporary issues in different, creative and intelligent ways.
