The event series Reich mir die Lyra gives writers and sound artists a space to present the spoken word and the designed sound to the audience.
Since ancient times, the spoken word has been accompanied by sound, usually a lyre or kitara. The formal connection between text, song and sound has been developed right up to modern times and is an artistic genre in its own right.
A wide variety of artistic constellations and approaches will be presented in a total of four events.

When was the last time you cried?
When was the last time someone hurt you?
When was the last time you hurt yourself? When was the last time you were really angry?
Do you let it out? Your anger? Your sadness?
Do you let them in? All the bad emotions that we demonize so much?
Kæt Singha and Gideon Gáal take you on a dark journey through the spectrum of negative emotions and present you with poems from the crypt.
An evening full of dark thoughts in a suitably gothic atmosphere. We promise you a range of reliably vulnerable poetry and an evening of raw emotion, with sound support from Magnus Brühl.
Text and sound design: Dirk Kemper.

How do we counter war, fear and nationalistic narrow-mindedness?
With chaos. With art. With radical liveliness.
An evening beyond fixed forms - for all those who see the loss of control as a possibility.
