"reinpflanzlich" - Tanztheaterstück von Brit Böttge mit der Juniorcompany

In the organizer's words:

"It is perhaps the most delicious characteristic of the plant that it stands silent and motionless in the world and yet lives and feels, all inwardness." (August Pauly)

Plants surround us, as greenery in the meadow, trees by the road, in the garden or in the forest, as edible plants in flower beds or fields, but also as flowers and twigs in a vase or in a pot on the windowsill. We enjoy them and we need them to live.
That is precisely why we need to look after them. Without plants, the world would be a desert. The plant is a symbol of nature.

With seriousness, emotion, but also humor, the play tells of the special relationship between humans and plants in individual episodes. Ultimately, this is very similar to the relationship between people.
