Re:Play - Neu-Eröffnung Basketballplatz Emmertsgrund

New shine for the Otto-Hahn-Straße open space.

Opening on Saturday, May 17, 2025, from 11am!

We are celebrating the reopening of the redesigned basketball court - you are all cordially invited!

With generous donations from the Sparkasse Heidelberg Foundation, the Stadtwerke Heidelberg, the Lautenschläger family and the tireless efforts of Felix Grädler and Bulent Teztiker, this great project has finally been realized!

What can you expect?
A sporty day in a relaxed atmosphere:
- Inauguration tournament with the Bahnstadt Ballers
- 3-player contest
- Ping pong tournament with the Ping Pong Social Club
- Dance workshops with the HIP HOP HEIDELBERG e.V.
- Music
- Open Play with the MLP Academics and the SGK
- Rolling Chocolate
- The children's construction site above the square opens at 2.30 pm and offers a colorful activity program for kids.
- In the evening there will be a live show for you, with artists from Emmertsgrund rocking the stage with 'Kiliano', 'Dago & Hodi Flow' and the hip-hop dance crew 'Limitless Energy' (Haus der Jugend). And if you feel like it, grab a microphone at the open mic!

Of course, there will also be plenty to eat and drink:
With food and drinks from Joe Molese, HeidelBERG-Café and Kiosk Mavie, there's something for everyone.
