🌀 Mother's Day tree session: Bring your mom! 🌿
This special tree session invites you to share a profound experience with your mother (or another important caregiver or friend) - outside, connected and completely with yourselves. Together you will dive into the topics of roots, closeness and healthy boundaries - supported by movement, nature, breath and encounters.

We will playfully and mindfully explore what it means to be in relationship - with ourselves, with others, with nature. When do we feel connected? Where can we set boundaries? How can we touch without encroaching - and freedom without retreating?

💚 Bring your mom - because shared experiences are doubly connecting. Whether as a gift, a new perspective or a loving time-out: this session can be a real moment of the heart between you.

🕚 Time: Sunday, May 11, 11:00 am - 1:00 pm
💰 Admission: 10€ one-way tickets
