Critics have attested to his Loriot-like perspicacity and so the multi-award-winning Cologne musician, actor, photographer and author Richard Bargel serves up a high-proof, lyrical cocktail of fictional and autobiographical stories and poems from his book "Die Glücksfeen" (The Lucky Fairies) with elegant wordplay, black humor and fun with the bizarre, which not only makes you laugh, but also makes you think about some of the author's philosophical observations. With his impressive acting talent, he lends his texts the wit and punch needed to make even the last grumpy listener laugh. In between the lyrics, the three-time winner of the German Record Critics' Award presents blues highlights from his 55-year career as a musician.
