As part of the Kunstareal-Fest 2025, the TUM Center for Culture and Arts, together with the TUM School of Medicine and Health, offers free activities to participate, experience and discuss.

roboTICKS

A human and his robotic double meet. The uncanny valley emerges as a concrete place on the stage. Man and machine meet and begin their strange game with each other. Disturbed and fascinated by his double at the same time, the human dares to take a look behind the mirror, at the back of himself, in order to learn to be creeped out by the sight of his shadow, his other self, his dark twin. Soon he is no longer sure which of the two is the experiment...

ARTificial Encounters

17:30 - 18:45

The performance will be followed by a themed panel discussion between the performers and scientists from TUM.

The discussion will focus on the examination of identity, human-machine relationships and the ethical questions arising from the increasing fusion of technology and humanity.
