Rock in der Schmiede mit Shocking Elfriede

"Rock in der Schmiede" kicks off the year 2025 - "Shocking Elfriede" opens the music season at Geibelsche Schmiede

Darmstadt-Eberstadt, April 2025

The Eberstädter Bürgerverein von 1980 e.V. is kicking off this year's music season at the Geibelsche Schmiede on May 23. The grunge cover band Shocking Elfriedewill kick things off - a must for anyone who grew up with the sounds of the 1990s.

Under the motto "Rock in der Schmiede", the band will be performing songs that shaped an entire decade: Included are classics by Nirvana, Pearl Jam, Stone Temple Pilots, Audioslave and Alice in Chains - raw, direct and full of energy. The music of Pearl Jam is a particular focus of the band's repertoire.

The Geibelsche Schmiede once again provides an atmospheric setting for this concert: a small stage, close to the audience, ideal for intense live moments.
