50th stage anniversary of "Mother Courage" Gabi Dauenhauer

With songs, songs, rock'n'roll and funny anecdotes from the world of theater, Theater Courage director Gabi Dauenhauer reaches into her rich sewing box and tells what she has experienced in 50 years on and behind the stage.

For example, you can find out how you manage to jump from an elaborate baroque costume across the stage stark naked in a second or how she fell in love with Theater Courage boss Peter-Maria Anselstetter while hanging from a tree 20 meters above the stage at the Stadttheater Frankfurt.

Songs such as "Ich wünsch mir zum Geburtstag einen Vorderzahn", "Milord" or "Rock'n Roll und graue Schläfen" will sometimes make the audience laugh, sometimes make them think! The motto of the young-at-heart actress from 1968 is and remains: Life is rock'n'roll!

Play length: 2 hours with interval. Admission: 18 Euro full price, students / unemployed (with valid certificate) 12,00 € and pupils up to 18 years 10,00 €, wheelchair users with companion: 22,00 €
