"Videotime" is the name of the video store that the first-person narrator regularly visits with his father in his childhood to rent films and transfer them to blank tapes at home. Decades later, the narrator returns to the small town. His parents have separated and the places of his childhood have disappeared. Only in the films from his father's collection does the possibility of finding access to his own past appear. A story about love, violence and the power of the evil eye, the process of remembering and the empty spaces behind masks.
