StudiofivOh invites you to a special experience: exclusive rooftop Pilates sessions on the breathtaking roof terrace of Bar Botanik in the heart of Cologne - with sweeping views over the city, a relaxed atmosphere and a very special ambience.

What you can expect:
🧘‍♀️ Pilates with a view - 45-60 minutes of flowing, strengthening movements with a focus on body awareness, breathing and posture. The sessions are suitable for all levels - from beginner to advanced.
🧺 Everything you need is there - we provide mats, you just need to bring comfortable clothes and a good mood.
🥃 Welcome shot - A fresh ginger-orange shot welcomes you and gets your circulation going.
🍵 Matcha latte to finish - Enjoy a matcha latte in a relaxed rooftop atmosphere after the session.
