ROSA Ausstellungstruck on Tour

In the organizer's words:

The time has come next week!

The newly built SaferSpace truck from ROSA e.V. will be stopping in Cologne with its exhibition. We invite you to the photo and video installation in the truck, which tells stories of women* from our SaferSpaces and shows impressions from before and after the refugee camps in Greece where ROSA is present.

We are also setting up a poster exhibition on queerness on the run. There will also be screen printing and Küfa in the AZ, so come along, we look forward to seeing you!

You can check out more info about ROSA and the exhibition truck at @rollingsafespace.

A mobile exhibition on flight, gender and borders

ROSA is currently traveling through Germany with another truck that functions as a mobile exhibition space and draws attention to the realities of flight along Europe's external borders.

The exhibition contains atmospheric video installations of Greek refugee shelters, stories and photographs. It transports the realities of life of those people who are detained and made invisible at borders and spend their lives in secluded (un)places. It is present at demonstrations against right-wing extremism and sometimes also functions as a Safer Space.

Because it also creates a space for exchange and empowerment - a necessary feminist action for all people nowadays.

The exhibition was developed in cooperation with students from the Alice Salomon University of Applied Sciences in Berlin and the Burg Giebichenstein University of Art and Design in Halle/Saale.
