What many people know: ROUTINE is important! What many people don't know: Why gritting your teeth alone is not enough, that the right technique is important and what zombies in Miami and blue stones from Upper Lusatia have to do with it - all this is the subject of recent research by the "Routine Examination" working group. Initial results now confirm what has long been a truth for die-hard routinists: ROUTINE once a month for at least 8 hours is paradonthose on the ravages of time. This is because the less often and the shorter we take action, the deeper we have to drill to uncover the coveted nuggets in the interbrain spaces. The starting point for the research was the rediscovery of a Latin inscription on an early Pioneer CDJ-500: "Machina esse volo. Arma capto. Crura saltandi. Nulla dolor. Cogitationes nullae."
