From May, an exhibition about the soccer club Hansa Rostock will be shown in the Kunsthalle Rostock to mark its 60th birthday.

Stories, art, memories, emotions - everything that characterizes soccer - can be felt and experienced in the exhibition. The focus is on club culture, sport, but also the challenges and dark sides of professional soccer and fan culture.
There will be a variety of installations, photos, videos and works of art to view across 2,000 m². In addition, contemporary witnesses from the past 60 years will have their say.
Positions that artistically reflect political and social issues in the context of soccer will deepen the exhibition. These include works by Birgit Brenner, Hans Ticha, Ingeborg Lüscher, the artist group Famed, as well as works from the Kunsthalle Rostock collection.
