On June 14, 2025, the Haus des Rundfunks in Berlin will be transformed into a musical melting pot. The Rundfunk-Sinfonieorchester Berlin under the direction of Clark Rundell meets jazz magician Brad Mehldau. The third edition of the Jazzik series at the RSB promises a wild journey through baroque, classical, jazz and modern music.
The concert lasts approximately one hour (without intermission). After the concert, a jazz duo will provide an atmospheric finale to the evening in the foyer.
Where does jazz begin and classical music end? With the new "Jazzik" series, the RSB has been merging jazz, classical and minimal music at the Haus des Rundfunks since the 2024/25 season. There will also be three concerts in the series in the coming season - including with the tango quartet Quadro Nuvo.
