Sababa 5 are going on tour with their new album "Nadir" - a deep, cinematic journey into the psychedelic soul and groove of the Middle East.

Known for their unique blend of Middle Eastern psych, vintage grooves and modern energy,Sababa 5 have a penchant for quirky but groovy and danceable sounds. The focus is on Middle Eastern and North African rhythms and melodies, combined with influences from rock and psychedelic funk - a true blend of East and West.

As a foretaste of the new album, the first single "VU" (Vö 13.05) will be available from May, with which the band opens a new chapter, immersed in hypnotic rhythms, swirling textures and shadowy grooves that connect the past with the future. The upcoming album "Nadir" is named after the astronomical point directly below the observer and stands for introspection and transformation. This is where cosmic and earthly worlds meet and where Sababa 5 create their most impressive sound yet.

Their live shows are a journey through diverse musical landscapes - a mixture of deep cuts, dancefloor anthems and the shared celebration of groove, an exploration of sound and emotion, energetic and full of joy.
