For the renowned political scientist and political consultant, one thing is clear: Germany is the only major nation in the West that is (still) stable and capable of reform. Germany can become what the USA has long been: the promised land for companies, skilled workers, intellectuals, democrats and the politically persecuted. And it must fulfill this role in order to help liberal democracy get back on its feet worldwide.
