The team from the CANOVA restaurant, under the direction of head chef Marius Ries, will be creating a selection of delicious dishes for you on this evening, prepared from the organic meat of grazing cattle from Stoffers Hoff. These lovingly composed courses will bring the taste of the region to your plate and show how enjoyable sustainable agriculture can be.
