Salzige Milch

In the organizer's words:

Salty milk - motherhood and freedom.

In her book Salzige Milch (Kunstanstifter Verlag), author Anna Job explores the different facets of the risks of love and parenthood. She tells of the temptations of freedom and the longing for connection. Of the magic of motherhood and the ruptures that accompany this happiness. Of adventures and the will to break the power of fear. And of the love of the sea.

In the performance, she reads from the text as a mother and two actresses respond, one as a daughter, one as the sea, in a fictional extension of the book. A triangular performance/relationship, a triangular dialog between freedom, fear and love. Between mother, daughter and the sea.
