Six years on from the auspicious EP 'Royal Family' - which received international acclaim and airplay on BBC Radio - the Sandman Project continues its journey to cross cultural and musical boundaries. With a unique blend of groove, jazz and global influences, the band has played festivals in India, England and the Middle East, cementing their reputation as a ground-breaking act.

"WHERE DID YOU GO?" is a sonic mosaic, infused with rhythmic groove, electrifying guitars and cinematic soundscapes. Inspired by African traditional music, Indian ragas, soul-jazz trumpet solos and the timeless soundtracks of Ennio Morricone, the album evokes the nostalgia of the 90s and reinterprets global rhythms for the modern listener. A transcendent journey that combines a dreamlike summer mood with cross-genre elements: Afrobeat, soul, psychedelia, nu-jazz and Mediterranean fusion. The album is available internationally via the British label BATOV RECORDS, distributed by K7 Music.
