Schattentheater: LET IT BEE von OUTOFTHEBOX

In the organizer's words:

As part of the exhibition "From Dawn Till Dusk. The Shadow in Contemporary Art" and the "Summer of Change" , the Kunstmuseum Bonn invites you to a shadow theater .

In its new production, the puppet theater ensemble OUTOFTHEBOX explores how the climate crisis is continuously contributing to a growing social divide in society.

In an adaptation of the fairy tale Hansel and Gretel, the characters Hazel and Grace find themselves in a dystopian world. While a small, privileged section of society, the top dogs, live in a fully air-conditioned, shielded and high-tech parallel world, the lives of the underdogs are characterized by extreme weather events, crop failures, water shortages and economic instability.

The play is for young people and adults. It will be performed a total of 4 times during the run of the exhibition.

Free admission, registration is not required.
