When purchasing a ticket, we ask you to arrive punctually at the booked time (not too early and not too late) at the Theo-Burauen fountain (on Theo-Burauen-Platz, near the
Römischer Abwasserkanal), Cologne 50667.
From there you will be picked up by a person in a black turtleneck and the Experience will begin.
