In the organizer's words:

Heike invites you to develop a writing practice that supports our personal growth on the last Monday of the month, from 5-6pm.
The practice of writing has the power to open us fully to our lives. We set out to reclaim our stories, make sense of the details of memory and find our own voice. Through writing, we discover a space in which we can be who we are, with all our particularities. And we overcome the inner voice that tries to stop us from telling our stories. Basically, we are all creative beings who long for inspiration and opportunities to express ourselves.
