A new edition of "Schröder +" at the ROMANFABRIK! This time, Frankfurt literary critic Christoph Schröder, whose aim in this series of talks is to combine a showcase and portrait of the invited authors, introduces Steffen Kopetzky. The author is an exceptional figure in contemporary German-language literature. In such fabulous, wide-ranging novels as "Risiko" (2015, longlist German Book Prize), "Propaganda" (2019, nominated for the Bavarian Book Prize) and "Monschau" (2021, Spiegel bestseller list), Kopetzky has demonstrated how meticulous historical research and a great love of storytelling can be combined to create exciting, educational and entertaining novels.
