Black holes are places of no return in the universe. Albert Einstein showed that they can exist. However, a lot of time passed before it became clear that black holes really exist. What is really behind them? How do they form? Could our Earth be threatened or even swallowed up by a black hole at some point? Does a black hole really tear apart and devour everything that comes near it? If nothing, not even light, can escape it, how do we even detect it?

Come with us to the most fascinating and probably most bizarre inhabitants of the cosmos, the black holes! The new version of the show shows you in brilliant images what the "monsters in space" are really all about.
