Science Slam - Wissen zapfen im Biergarten

A balmy summer evening, the smell of barbecue in the air, a cool drink in your hand - and exciting, surprising stories from the world of science. That's what awaits you at the fourth Science Slam at Büdchen am Westerberg! Our researchers will take you on a journey into their fields of research - in a creative, humorous and understandable way. In just ten minutes, they will get to the heart of their topics and provide laughs and aha moments. At the end, the audience decides who takes home the title.

The Science Slam is organized by the transfer projects Fit4Growth (funded by zukunft.niedersachsen, a funding programme of the Lower Saxony Ministry of Science and Culture and the Volkswagen Foundation) and GROWTH (funded as part of the "Innovative University" funding initiative of the Federal Ministry of Education and Research and the Joint Science Conference).
