One year after their sold-out debut, "Searching for Home" are returning to Birdland Hamburg. The eleven-piece band collective with musicians and producers from all over Germany overruns clubs and festivals with great sound, enormous joy of playing and fat beats, without missing out on rich colors and fragile moments.

Led by the versatile voice of singer Ida, the musicians impress not only with their flashes of solo creativity but above all with their collective feel for the moment and the audience. With influences ranging from jazz and funk to indie rock, classical and world music, you could accuse them of not knowing what they want. But here the opposite is the case: they know exactly what they want, they simply don't want to leave anything behind on their journey.

On their last tour through Germany and Europe, the young musicians were able to inspire more than just their own fans. In recent years, the band has been honored with the first Sparda Jazz Award, first place at the international Jazzfruit Contest and final participations at Future Sounds and the Burghausen Jazz Award.

Now Searching for Home are back with new music. Under the motto "More Bubbles", the young musicians appeal to look optimistically to the future, to try things out and not to miss out on anything. A human and musical message that should not be missed.
