Sebastian Sturm's musical journey began in 2006 with his highly acclaimed roots reggae debut "This Change is nice" and catapulted the Aachen-born son of an Indonesian mother and a German father onto the big stages of Europe in the years that followed. In 2014, Sturm traveled to Jamaica for the first time, where he recorded his fifth studio album "The Kingston Session" in the cradle of reggae. In 2015, the side project Marley's Ghost, a Bob Marley cover band that can be considered one of the best of its kind, was formed rather by chance. The next few years are characterized by further studio productions, tours and projects (including 2018 with the superband project Klub Kartell feat. Dellé, Jahcoustix, Ganjaman & Sebastian Sturm). His fifth album "Echoes" (2021) closes the circle and creates space for new paths and inspirations. With the echo of his now almost 20-year career, the likeable singer will go on tour in 2025 with an acoustic set and present his beautiful, personal songs in an intimate atmosphere.
