The rapper, producer and Haunted Mound co-founder is coming to Germany with exciting guests for three shows in May

Special guests: Ghost Mountain, Hackle, Anvil

Under his stage name Sematary, Zane Steckler has already helped shape and influence an entire scene with the underground hip-hop collective and label Haunted Mound at the age of just 24. In his music, the artist from California draws on influences from horrorcore, cloud rap, drill and black metal, which he combines with a visual 80s slasher movie aesthetic. After "Bunny Suit", his tracks "Slaughter House" and "Haunted Mound Reapers" have received the most streams to date and are exemplary of the rapper and producer's idiosyncratic sound. On hisDeath's Wagon Tour, Sematary will be coming to Berlin, Munich and Cologne in May, once again demonstrating the strength of his collective. Long-time companions will be performing in the tour's supporting program: Ghost Mountain, Hackle and producer Anvil, all of whom are associated with the underground collective and regularly collaborate with Sematary.

Steckler grew up in Northern California and came into contact with music at an early age through his father's work as a composer and producer. He began writing music at the age of 11 and experimented with GarageBand and Logic Pro. Under the name Sematary, he founded the collective and label Haunted Mound together with his childhood friend Ghost Mountain in 2019 and released the collabo mixtape "Grave House" and the mixtape "Hundred Acre Wrist Hosted by DJ Sorrow" (2020). In addition to the three "Rainbow Bridge" mixtapes, which were released in 2019, 2020 and 2021, Sematary released the EP "Warboy" in 2020 and his mixtape "Screaming Forest" in 2021. The mixtape "Butcher House" and the "King of the Graveyard" EP followed in 2023. On his current mixtape "Bloody Angel" and the single "Wendigo" , the artist reveals post-punk elements. In mid-February, Sematary released the singles "Heart So Pure" and "Oxycodone", which once again combine metal influences with drill and horrorcore.
