In the organizer's words:

From the Romans to Adenauer, there is much to discover: The cult of saints and relics, bourgeois self-confidence and the history of a trading metropolis, criminal cases, witch-hunts and, and, and...

In the seminar on the history of the city, exciting insights into the history of the city of Cologne and its development into a metropolis of millions are given in 12 teaching units.

At the end of the seminar, students go on a short excursion through the city.
