In the organizer's words:

The Ratisbone Connection consists of five musicians from the Regensburg area who share a passion for jazz. We got to know each other mainly through the Big Band Convention Ostbayern - an encounter that laid the foundation for our band project.

Our aim is to raise awareness of jazz again, especially among younger generations. We try to inspire our audience with a varied mix of hard bop, modern jazz and traditional jazz. With our unmistakable sound and a rousing groove, our aim is to create a special listening experience that will not only delight jazz lovers.
