"SHARED FRAME" – SCREENING PARTIZIPATIVER WORKSHOP-ERGEBNISSE

In the organizer's words:

"Shared Frame" is a screening that brings together the results of several participatory photography workshops. On display are works by people who have explored photography in their own unique way - some for the first time, beyond institutional or artistic contexts. The result is a variety of visual narratives: personal, political, poetic.

Groups from very different social contexts are involved: Senior citizens in the "Fotoclub 60+", girls and young women from the "Die Power-Girls vom Hannibal" project, children and young people from "Klick & Krawall", adults with an international history in the "SUPRA" workshop and participants in an FSJ culture seminar on (smartphone) photography.

The screening is aimed at a broad audience: anyone interested in social perspectives in photography, questions of inclusion, creativity and collective image production. Those interested in culture, photography enthusiasts, professionals from the fields of art, social work and education are invited - as well as anyone who would like to gain an open insight into the lives of other people.

The evening will be moderated by the participants themselves. In a communal setting - with drinks, discussions and the opportunity to network - it will not only show what has been created in the workshops, but also what happens when photography is understood as a means of self-expression, encounter and listening.

"Shared Frame" invites you to share what you see - and to discover new perspectives.

An event of the f² photo festival in cooperation with the BBK Bundesverband, kubia Fonds Kulturelle Bildung im Alter, LAG Arbeit Bildung Kultur NRW e.V., LAG Kunst & Medien NRW e.V., Seniorenbüro Innenstadt-Nord, Stadtteilschule and Werkhof Projekt gGmbH.
