Sharon Mansur Trio
Sharon Mansur is a jazz pianist known for her soulful, cross-genre style, which is characterized by a multi-faceted musical journey through progressive rock, electronic and world music. With expressive playing, she brings her personal touch to every performance. She leads a piano & synthesizer trio that combines jazz with a modern, eclectic twist. Sharon's solo projects and collaborations have earned her a reputation as a versatile musician with a charismatic stage presence - her unique mix of styles and captivating live performances captivate audiences.
Emma Rawicz Inkyra
The multi-award-winning British saxophonist and composer Emma Rawicz is one of the most exciting voices on the young European jazz scene. She released her debut on the renowned ACT label at the age of 21 and earned international acclaim. Since then she has performed at major venues and festivals - including Ronnie Scott's, Cadogan Hall, the Berlin Philharmonie, Burghausen Jazz Festival and Love Supreme - and established herself as a leading artist of her generation.
A BBC New Generation Artist from 2024 and the youngest artist in residence at the Cambridge Jazz Festival, Emma has established herself as a sought-after performer with over 70 concerts in 16 countries in one year. Her playing is characterized by melodic sophistication, rhythmic energy and an unmistakable sound - between lyrical depth and virtuoso expressiveness.
With her current project CHROMA, she demonstrates her versatility as a composer and bandleader. Other highlights include her groove sextet INKYRA, a duo with pianist Gwilym Simcock (album release March 2025) and cross-genre works with string quartet or jazz orchestra. The quartet is also working on new music - another album is already being planned.
Nesrine
"Once upon a time ... life, beauty and art."
Singer, cellist and songwriter Nesrine grew up in a family where music played a central role. She gave her first concert at the age of six - proof of her extraordinary talent and absolute ear for music. Classically trained in cello, she studied at renowned institutions and performed with prestigious orchestras, including the West-Eastern Divan Orchestra conducted by Daniel Barenboim and the Valencia Opera Orchestra under Lorin Maazel and Zubin Mehta.
Her international travels have taken her to France, Spain, Switzerland, New York and finally to Paris, where she lives today. This cultural diversity characterizes her music, which combines elements of jazz, pop, classical music and North African traditions. As a true citizen of the world, she combines different languages and sounds in her compositions, switching effortlessly between Arabic, French and English.
After her breakthrough with the trio NES and the album Ahlam (2018), which was praised for its minimalist beauty and Mediterranean influences, Nesrine established herself with two solo albums: Nesrine (2020) and Kan Ya Makan (2024). The latter, "Once upon a time" in Arabic, is a very personal project in which she explores universal themes such as love, resilience and human connection.
She has collaborated with renowned artists including Michael League, Michael Mayo, Michel Portal, IAM, Juliette Saumagne and the Metropole Orkest. She also shone in a leading role in the Cirque du Soleil production Amaluna, where she demonstrated her versatility and stage presence.
Nesrine finds inspiration in such diverse personalities as Khalil Gibran, Serge Gainsbourg, Beethoven, Oum Kalthoum and Erykah Badu. Her cello - a lifelong companion - is at the heart of her music, transforming into a bass, a guitar or an orchestral instrument depending on her creative inspiration.
With Kan Ya Makan, Nesrine confirms her status as an innovative and timeless artist - a modern Scheherazade who reinvents musical traditions.
