"Person with parental authority" is the person who has sole or joint custody with another person in accordance with the provisions of the German Civil Code.

A person with parental authority is any person over the age of 18 who performs parental duties on a permanent or temporary basis on the basis of an agreement with the person with parental authority or who looks after a child or young person in the context of education or youth welfare (§ 1 Para. 1 No. 4 JuSchG).

* Important: Persons under the age of 18 who come to the Open Air with parental authority must check in at the site together with their legal guardian.
