Shovel Dance Collective

Shovel Dance Collective is a group of nine musicians united by their passion for the beauty, power and political purpose of traditional music from the UK, Ireland and beyond. Their critically acclaimed second album The Shovel Dance was released in October 2024.

Tennota & Rosa Anschütz
This collaboration began in 2022 and finally went public in 2025 with Tornamented Walls. On these recordings, Anschütz sings, speaks, plays harmonium and uses a looper. In time with the voice, Tennota dissolve the dense rhythmic complexity of their latest work into a creeping mantra.

Tennota is the London-based duo Tom Wheatley & Grundik Kasyansky, who take primary materials - gut strings, sine waves, tree sap, feedback - and combine them with contemporary technologies to create an elemental suspension. Artist and musician Rosa Anschütz combines the dark atmosphere of post-punk and cold wave with ethereal polyphony, synth-driven melodies and spoken word in her meditative and sometimes haunting compositions.
