Simon Rummel & Matthias Schriefl

Starting with the German tenor song of the Renaissance (Heinrich Isaac, Ludwig Senfl) and the early drinking song of the Renaissance (Henning Dedekind - trink ich Wein, so verderb ich) to early baroque madrigals (Johann Hermann Schein), chorale arrangements of various styles (Johann S. Bach, Johann Crüger and others), dance movements by Ludwig van Beethoven to alpine yodels and compositions from the 20th and 21st centuries of the European and American tradition. The two exceptional artists Schriefl and Rummel subject their "favorite works" to a delightfully cheeky reinterpretation that does not shy away from improvisation. The two composers will also perform their own works. Experience fresh and young jazz, spiced here and there with a pinch of craziness.

Kalle Mathiesen

Kalle Mathiesen is first and foremost an artist and then a musician. But most people probably see him as the latter.
An artist because Kalle Mathiesen begins his compositions in the same way a painter looks at his blank canvas: - the beginning of a journey into the unknown, where the direction is determined only by intuition and the destination is already known to the subconscious.
One experiences great versatility in his consummate painting of music; journeys into the unknown where the composer lovingly guides you home - a home that may be quite different from what you expected. The earth is turned upside down, but for the better, for the truer.
