Slowkiss is a rock band from Chile that combines the dark noise of shoegaze with the heaviness of alt-rock, metal and grunge, without being afraid to experiment with styles that reflect influences from the 80s, 90s and 2000s.

The band uses a similar gritty vibe and powerful sound of icons like Sonic Youth, Smashing Pumpkins or Hole, but with a fresh twist and a modern message to the world.

The band is driven by a strong feminist ethos thanks to Elisa Montes, whose raw vocals and powerful guitar work illuminate the situation of women in the music business with gritty realism. Together with drummer Richi Pozo, Slowkiss captivate audiences with intense performances and have been leaving an indelible impression on stages around the world since their debut 'The Cliff'.

Formed in 2014, the band has played many shows and major festivals such as SXSW and Lollapalooza and has toured the US and Europe. With their latest album "K.O" (Gunner Records), Slowkiss continues to push boundaries and create music that revitalizes the spirit of alternative rock worldwide.
