Welcome to Stadtfreunde! We organize various social sports events. Come and meet new friends! You can find all live updates in our WhatsApp channel.

We want all athletes to be able to participate regardless of fitness level. We are completely new in Cologne, as soon as we have more participants, we will offer different speeds. We take everyone into consideration!

Run, chat, eat cake - your relaxed Sunday!

Want to get your Sunday off to an active start and meet new people at the same time? Then the Social Run on the Rhine is just the thing for you. We meet on Sunday shortly before 12 noon at the Coffice. You can drop off your things there before we set off together.

Procedure:
👟 We run a relaxed 5 km loop through the park
🍰 Then it's back to the Coffice for coffee, cake & good conversation
🧡 The whole thing is open to everyone - whether you're a beginner or a running pro!

Bring your friends or come alone - you'll definitely meet people who are up for exercise and socializing.
