Social-Run Volksgarten (diese Woche 10:30 Uhr auf Grund der Hitze)

Attention this week 10:30 am due to the high temperatures!!!

Welcome to Stadtfreunde! We organize various social sports events. Come and meet new friends! You can find all live updates in our WhatsApp channel.

We want all athletes to be able to participate regardless of fitness level. We have a faster group with a 5-6 pace, a standard group like the last few months and a very comfortable group where you can walk if necessary (probably 8 pace). Everyone will be taken into consideration!

Run, chat, eat cake - your relaxed Sunday in the park!

Want to get your Sunday off to an active start and meet new people at the same time? Then the Social Run in the Volksgarten is just the thing for you. We meet every Sunday shortly before 12 noon at @cafebar_diefliese. There you can drop off your things and relax before we start running together.

Procedure:
👟 We run an easy 5 km loop through the park
🍰 Then it's back to the tile - for coffee, cake & good conversation
🧡 The whole thing is open to everyone - whether you're a beginner or a running pro!

Bring your friends or come on your own - you'll definitely meet people who are keen to exercise and socialize.
