SOFIA PORTANET is one of the most exciting new voices in European pop music. On December 2, the Parisian National Opera-trained talent with the unmistakable style will perform in Stuttgart at Im Wizemann.

Following the release of her debut album "Freier Geist", the Association of Independent Music Entrepreneurs crowned SOFIA PORTANET as the most successful newcomer of 2021. The renowned PopKultur Festival included Sofia in its coveted Commissioned Work program, while Spotify honored her as an Equal Ambassador. Collaborations with the Zeiss Planetarium Berlin, the Deutsche Oper Berlin, the one and only Chilly Gonzales, as well as a joint song with metal legends Kreator, underline her versatility. SOFIA PORTANET transcends the role of a talented musician: she embodies an impressive personality who celebrates her art with remarkable dedication and energy. In a world often characterized by monotony and conformity, SOFIA PORTANET proves to be a refreshing exception - a free spirit who knows how to develop and express her own vision and style.

Her latest album bears the telling title "Chasing Dreams". With the pre-released tracks "Real Face" and "Unstoppable", Sofia scored two indie hits that landed in the Top 100 of the German radio charts. Other highlights on "Chasing Dreams" include the German-language track "Lust" in collaboration with Tobias Bamborschke from Isolation Berlin, the French indie pop anthem "Entre nos Levrès" and a Spanish greeting from her homeland entitled "Coplas".
